The service desk is open between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Very often the quickest way to resolve your issue will be to search for an answer in SharePoint.

Each issue raised with the service desk is assigned a ticket and a priority. We'll keep you up to date with progress by email.

Qingdao users shall use Instant Messenger (Tencent Messenger, TM for short) as a service desk, where their request is received and allocated.
- Request on Application (Excel Server) shall be submitted to QQ Group (128159673)
- Request on Others shall be submitted to QQ Group (492344476)
